The planets, starfield and red star in the background are all really, really fantastic, but the nebula looks just a bit to artificial, more like blue-backlit frosted glass.

The lighting is the real winner here. That little bit of red adds a wealth of life into the scene, which would have otherwise looked cold, and kinda clich'e if it were just blue.

good work. i like the composition a lot. textures are a bit too low in resolution, but pretty good lighting.

Something about the placement of the planetary rings irks me; with the current positioning the impression is that they're below the planet (or at least far below the equator). Apart from that, the planets' detail is very nice, I like the star/nebulae combination, and the lighting is excellent. Good work. :D
